Terms of Service

1. Services

AppDelivers provides product strategy, design, engineering, and AI integration services. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined per engagement in a Statement of Work.

2. Payments

Fixed-price packages are payable on milestone acceptance. Larger engagements use a 30/40/30 split unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are net 14.

3. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own all source code, designs, and documentation we produce for you. We retain rights to reusable libraries, internal tools, and the right to display work in our portfolio unless an NDA prohibits it.

4. Acceptable use of the website

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape at abusive rates, or use the site to send unlawful content.

5. Warranties and liability

The website is provided "as is." Project deliverables carry a 30-day defect warranty. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your Statement of Work, or — absent one — Delaware, USA.
